You can keep your wedding on course with an organized binder that contains contact lists, worksheets and calendar appointment dates. You can save a lot of money by making your own binder instead of purchasing a costly one that may not meet your need. When your wedding information is at your fingertips, you will feel less stressed and also have access to it at any point in time.

      You should buy a strong, three-ring binder for your wedding planner and it is important to choose one with a clear plastic in front and at the back, inner pockets and about 2-inch spine or larger, depending on the size and scope of your wedding. You should go for a binder in classic white and if you want to add a special touch to it, you can choose a color that is the same with the color of your wedding colors.

      A cover page should be created for the binder and for a simple option, you can pick a colored piece of paper and type your name as well as the date of the wedding on the center of the paper. If you want to make it sentimental, you can write your name and that of your fiancée with your hand and glue your engagement pictures around the border.

      A divider should be placed inside the binder and labels or tabs should be typed on each section in order to keep it organized. Timelines and reminder notes to yourself should be included so that you will not forget important details, like when to book your honeymoon tickets or apply for your marriage license. The binder should be kept with you at all times so that when you get a call concerning your wedding, you can take an urgent action that is necessary.
